Subscriptions
Use Membi’s subscription wizard to set up a range of different membership and boat subscriptions, such as:
- Family membership: For any sized family, or specify a set number of adults and children, with separate pricing for additional family members
- Individual membership: offer options to pay annually or monthly
- Couple subscription: a reduced price option for paddling couples
- Student membership: a discounted subscription for full-time students
- Junior membership: requires parents to provide parental consent
- Boat storage: flexible pricing options to enable you to charge a different price for additional boats

Events
Membi’s online event management system can be used for recurring and one-off events, such as:
- Weekly pool sessions
- Training sessions: taster, beginner, improver and advanced training
- Assessments: for BCU qualifications
- Day trips
- Multi-day trips: use Membi’s complex event feature to create a multi-stage booking process for e.g. trip cost, accommodation and boat hire
- Boat hire: combine boat hire into the event cost, or charge it separately. Set different capacity limits for boat hire.
Membership Form
Customise your membership form, with interactive fields so that members are only asked to complete questions relevant to them. The types of information you may want to collect includes:
- Gender and age group
- Date of birth and parental consent for Under 18s
- Medical conditions
- Emergency contact details
- Experience: Provide a pre-canned set of options or a free form field for new members to tell you what they have done
- BCU membership and qualifications. Include the upload feature to collect copies of certificates for first aid etc
- Coaching and leadership qualifications and experience
- Declarations and consent fields
- Boat information, such as manufacturer, model, colour, insurance details
- Boat storage spaces: Fields can be viewable, but not editable by members, enabling you to allocate members spaces in your shed
