A person linked to your organisation who has never had a Membership Subscription . These may be parents of junior members , non-members who
have purchased a ticket for an event, or someone who started the process of joining your organisation, but abandoned the process before making
payment.  

Users is a combined term encapsulating both Members and Non-Members.
