Only pay for what you use
Membi’s charges are monthly in arrears, so you only pay for what you use. Each time an order is placed, the transaction charges are automatically calculated, and you can see a running total of what your bill for the month will be.
At the beginning of each month, we send you an invoice for the previous month.
To be eligible for monthly payments in arrears, you must set up a direct debit mandate with our partner WorldPay
If you would prefer not to pay by direct debit, you can top up your account in advance.
Add-on Features
Not everyone wants to use all of the extensive features that Membi has to offer. So to make it affordable for everyone, some of the features are charged for separately. Each are clearly labelled, so you won’t get hit with charges that you weren’t expecting.
Usage of the additional features are added automatically to your monthly bill for each month that you use them.
Embedding
Embed Membi pages within your website to give your members a smooth and seamless experience whilst browsing your events or membership subscriptions

Use Membi’s API to extract your data any time you want. Useful for organisations who want to restrict access to a members’ area.
Up to 100 API calls per month: £5
£2 per additional block of 100 calls

Payment Processing
We provide payment processing via WorldPay. Charges for payment processing will be deducted by WorldPay from the amounts that your members pay to you. The payment processing charges are as follows:
- Direct Debit: 0.9% plus £0.20
- Cards: 1.3% plus £0.20
